"I'd like to take a minute to express my sincere gratitude to both Liz and Mitch for assisting me during a high stress situation. My car is 5 months old- and I travel weekly all over the country...after a 10 day business trip, I went to the airport parking lot (during a May snowstorm no less), and found my car battery completely dead. Last night was incredibly stressful, on into this morning.  When I spoke to Liz, she was immediately "on it" organizing for me to be picked up, taken to the airport, and getting my car jumped. She was concerned, and sympathetic...all the while going above and beyond to take of the situation. Mitch, the driver, was wonderful. "I wanted to send a note to let you know how much I appreciate Justin Underwood's service and assistance over the years.

 

While I was living in the US I had my Porsche serviced exclusively at your dealership. Most every visit I was greeted by a friendly and cheerful Justin.  He always demonstrated empathy and concern in addressing the issues related to my vehicle.  Justin always explained everything to me in sufficient detail as I, like many Porsche owners, have a keen interest in my vehicle.  I came to quickly trust and rely on Justin's opinion. 

 

Now that I have moved home to Canada I am servicing my Porsche at a dealership near Toronto, Ontario.  I have yet to meet another service consultant like Justin and I thought this fact warranted an email to his management.  On at least three occasions (since moving home) I have reached out to Justin to get his input regarding the servicing of my vehicle up here in Canada.  The dealership in Toronto seems reluctant to spend time properly diagnosing issues with my vehicle?beyond identifying the obvious concerns (i.e. headlamp burned out).  Thanks to Justin's advice, I have been able to point the service consultants (and techs) in the right direction and although it has not been easy, all faults to date have been found.  The faults would not have been found without Justin's assistance?and knowledge.  I cannot emphasize enough how crucial his advice has been in ensuring my vehicle is properly serviced.  He is concise and accurate.

 

While working in Corporate America I managed many initiatives requiring dedicated and motivated individuals.  Justin displays the qualities that I often looked for (and still do) in team members.  He is committed to his job and does all he can to ensure customer satisfaction.  He demonstrates consistent balance in tempering the needs/demands of his employer and the customer.  In my opinion he truly represents your dealership and Porsche well.
